The Hoya Kerrii 'Albomarginata', a distinctive variant within the Hoya genus, is particularly celebrated for its heart-shaped leaves adorned with creamy-white margins.

Often dubbed the "Sweetheart Hoya" or "Valentine Hoya" because of its leaf shape, this cultivar stands out further due to the contrast between the central green and its variegated edges.

Native to Southeast Asia, particularly Thailand and Laos, the Hoya Kerrii 'Albomarginata' flourishes under bright, indirect light. While it's adaptable to different light conditions, safeguarding it from prolonged direct sun exposure will prevent potential leaf burn.

It's essential to allow the soil to almost dry out between waterings. Its succulent-like leaves are adept at water storage, so erring on the side of under-watering is preferable to over-saturation. During its active growth phase in spring and summer, a diluted balanced liquid fertiliser can enhance its vigour. It's wise to reduce or halt feeding during the cooler, dormant months.

The Hoya Kerrii 'Albomarginata', with its heart-shaped, variegated leaves, can serve as a lasting emblem of nature's intricate beauty in any indoor garden or space.
